We just started with this company a couple of months ago. We wanted a more natural approach to eliminating mosquito and ticks. So far, it’s good. With the heavy rains we’re just now experiencing mosquito bites. The morning I was going to call I received a text saying they were coming! It’s been good treatment. Very happy with them.

I originally had a 3 star review because of some trouble with initial appointments, however within 30 minutes of leaving my feedback I received a great customer service phone call asking for more information and how to make it right. A complimentary spray was set up and all sprays since then have been extremely thorough with really friendly technicians that have come by. Really appreciate the quick action here, I am very happy with this service!

Mosquito Mike triumphs against the flying little vampires again! Eric did a superb job treating our property this week. He was thorough and professional. It unfortunately rained buckets within the half-hour after the treatment but he came back the next morning and re-treated.

He takes the time to share exactly where he will be applying the [all-natural] tick and mosquito spray, where he's already been and how cautious he is to ensure thickly wooded areas are covered extra well. Very happy with our service so far this year. We used the bigger guys last year and were unhappy with the bad communication and inconsistent treatment. Mosquito Mike has been spot on with treating our yard and keeping us informed.

There was great communication before the service giving me a window for when service would begin. Jay arrived on time and we spoke about the service and asked about specific areas of concern. Jay was friendly and respectful of my property making sure my gates were secure. Mosquitos have always been a big problem in the summer months for us, to the point that it wasn't enjoyable being outside. Since we started using Mosquito Mike last year, we have been able to enjoy our yard without being bitten! Also, our technician is always super helpful and accommodating!

I've been using this company for several years, they are very easy to work with. They aren't hung up on contracts and technical nonsense, they just put you in the schedule and treat your yard for however long you need it. They also communicate very well via text and email, but if you need to call for any reason they are accessible. Our first treatment this year was done by Jake and I happened to be home when he was working. He was very thorough with the perimeter and interior parts of our yard, which I appreciate because we are in the woods. I feel like we are very well equipped for the upcoming mosquito season.

This is the best firm to go with. We had a 100 person wedding in our backyard with two sides woodlands they did an additional spraying before the wedding. No one even saw a mosquito. Great to work with!
